2019/12/31 After this date, we will stop providing patches and hotfixes for the appliance series.
2020/12/31 Acceptance of maintenance renewal by Pulse Secure has ended.
2021/12/31 End of all support by Pulse Secure.
  • For customers who have a contract for direct support (SVC maintenance) with Pulse Secure, please contact Pulse Secure separately regarding the termination date of reception, etc.
  • Our support services, including hardware and software support, are basically provided according to the above Pulse Secure support schedule.

It is necessary to complete the order and renewal process properly from our company to Pulse Secure by the end date of sales and acceptance of Pulse Secure. Therefore, if you are planning to place an order or renew, please place your order with us at least 10 business days before the end of acceptance of Pulse Secure. We may not be able to respond to any inquiries made after that time.

Four. Regarding retroactive maintenance renewal after the end of the maintenance contract period

As a policy of Pulse Secure, maintenance renewal of discontinued products can be renewed only during the maintenance contract period in principle. In the unlikely event that a customer wishes to retroactively renew maintenance after the expiration date of the maintenance contract, in principle, retroactive maintenance renewal cannot be performed.
We ask that you place your order at least 10 business days prior to the end of your maintenance contract period.

5. Regarding parts for replacement in the event of a failure, the parts in the product may differ when it becomes a successor product. Please note.
