Various security functions such as IP address restrictions, two-factor authentication, and encryption are implemented, and data can be stored safely.

Data stored in "Box" can be securely shared with simple operations. With 7 levels of fine-grained access control, you can easily control editing and printing rights, which is far more secure than email and physical media. You can let people outside your company create free Box accounts and control access just like your internal users. Since almost all operations are saved as a log, you can also check the access status of the sharing partner (collaborator) in detail.
(2) Deterrence of fraud with "digital watermarking". Forced display of access date and time and user
Security can be enhanced with the optional "digital watermarking function". This is a function that forcibly displays the "user" who accessed the file and the "access date and time" on the file. Even if an attempt is made to illegally take personal information out of the system, "who" and "when" accesses can be seen at a glance.
(3) Cooperation with the encryption solution "Final-Code". File protection after download
In cooperation with the encryption solution "Final-Code", files can continue to be protected even after they have been downloaded from "Box".
For example, when an interview is outsourced, access rights on Box are applied to the files downloaded to the outsourcee's computer or server. Unauthorized people cannot view or edit the downloaded file even if they get it.
Even after downloading, changing access rights in Box will be reflected in real time. If you delete the access authority after the work is completed, the resume data remaining at the contractor will not be viewable from that moment.

For example, we have developed an application that automatically creates a resume with simple input from a smartphone.
