We provide QA support for products via e-mail (in Japanese), support for CSP *2 drafting, and explanation of product update information.

*1 Macnica support is provided on days excluding holidays and Macnica designated holidays.
*2 CSP is an abbreviation for Customer Support Portal, a site dedicated to Palo Alto Networks support inquiries.
