Duties
In addition to auditing the head office and each base in Japan, we will also handle audits of overseas subsidiaries.
In addition to existing businesses, you will also be responsible for confirming risks that may arise with the launch of new businesses.
Existing businesses: semiconductor business, Network business segment
New business: Service solution model
(Smart factories/mobility solutions/AI/service robots/medical/nursing care/agritech, etc.)
*As we often audit overseas subsidiaries, we welcome those who want to be active globally.
■Example of work
・Selecting audit items, requesting preliminary responses, and conducting interviews.
・Preparation of audit report.
Audits are generally conducted by a team of two or more people.
Although we emphasize face-to-face communication both domestically and internationally, we will also conduct remote interviews depending on the situation.

Working Hours
8:45～17:15 Regular working hours 7 hours 30 minutes Break time 12:00～13:00
Salary
General position: Minimum monthly salary of 300,110 yen (starting salary for new graduates), with preferential treatment taking into consideration previous work experience, age, etc.
General employee positions include a fixed overtime pay of 20 hours per month.
Example) Monthly salary of 256,500 yen (starting salary for new graduates) Fixed overtime pay: 43,610 yen
*If you work more than the fixed overtime pay, you will be paid an additional amount.

・Salary increase: once a year
