Macnica announces details of its "MACNICA Green Tech Messe," a hub for showcasing future technologies at GREEN×EXPO 2027 – offering experiential exhibits of future technologies under the concept of "Making green more interesting with technology."

Macnica (Headquarters: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Kazumasa Hara; hereinafter referred to as Macnica) is pleased to announce that the name of the future technology dissemination center hosted by the International Horticultural Exposition 2027 Association, in which Macnica will be a Platinum Partner at the "GREEN×EXPO 2027 International Horticultural Exposition" to be held in Yokohama City in 2027, has been decided as "MACNICA Green Tech Messe." In addition, we will announce the exhibition concept for the permanent exhibition zone, "Making Green Fun with Tech," and the exhibition overview.

Macnica is a technology trading company that aims to explore cutting-edge technologies from around the world and implement them as quickly as possible. In June, we announced our sponsorship of the GREEN×EXPO 2027 as a Platinum Partner, providing a hub for future technology dissemination. We are pleased to announce that the exhibition concept and facility name have now been decided, and we would like to introduce some of the experiential value we will offer to our visitors.

We named "MACNICA Green Tech Messe" to create a space where cutting-edge technologies and people from around the world can meet and create opportunities to think about a sustainable future.

"MACNICA Green Tech Messe" will feature two exhibition areas: a permanent exhibition zone and a temporary special exhibition zone. In the permanent exhibition zone, Macnica will offer visitors an encounter with exciting technologies that will shape the future of the planet.

The theme of the exhibition is "Making green spaces more interesting with technology."

We have gathered seeds of future technologies from all over the world that have yet to be seen. We will present an interactive exhibit designed to help you imagine the future that will unfold when these seeds sprout. Visitors can enjoy and experience the possibilities of a future where the environment and technology coexist, using all five senses to see, touch, and feel.

Macnica also plans to operate autonomous driving electric buses as a means of transportation for visitors within the venue. Through a travel experience utilizing cutting-edge mobility, we aim to propose a sustainable form of transportation for future society.

Since its founding, Macnica has walked hand in hand with the local community as a company headquartered in Yokohama City. Through our participation in GREEN×EXPO 2027, we aim to provide visitors with expectations and discoveries for the future, while also contributing to the creation of a vibrant atmosphere in Yokohama City, the host city.
