In the Shin-Yokohama area, which boasts both convenient transportation access and strong local appeal with numerous valuable spots, Seibu Real Estate, a real estate developer, and Macnica, a global company headquartered in the area that is continuously implementing cutting-edge technologies into society, will collaborate with the local government and residents to combine their strengths, undertake experimental initiatives and implement technologies toward a future society, and work together as one to create new value for the Shin-Yokohama area as a future city.
As part of this initiative, we plan to develop a community promenade between the sites of the Shin-Yokohama Prince Hotel, which is considering value enhancements in the future, and the new headquarters that Macnica plans to construct, creating a space where everyone can freely move around and interact.
