Macnica launches "TechTouch," a digital adoption platform – integrating with "Box" to promote adoption and ensure widespread use.
Macnica (Headquarters: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Representative Director and President: Kazumasa Kazumasa Hara, hereinafter referred to Macnica) announced today that it has entered into a sales agency agreement with TechTouch Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Representative Board Director and CEO: Naka Inuta, hereinafter referred to as TechTouch) and has begun offering "TechTouch," a digital adoption platform (hereinafter referred to as DAP) that enables the utilization and establishment of business systems without coding. By integrating with "Box," an intelligent content management platform handled by Macnica, we will further promote the utilization and establishment of Box.
■The background behind the demand for DAPs and the characteristics of "TechTouch"
In recent years, while companies have seen advancements in the sophistication and functional expansion of their business systems, many have observed that these systems are not being fully utilized after implementation, failing to realize their full potential. In particular, companies with a large number of users face challenges such as inconsistent understanding of operation and operational rules, leading to a lack of widespread adoption, and increased workload and reliance on individual expertise due to concentrated inquiries to the IT department and an operational structure dependent on human support.
Amidst this environment, the DAP market, which guides users through system usage on screen and supports adoption, is growing rapidly. "TechTouch" is a domestically produced DAP solution with the following features:
