Macnica has appointed Sebastien Dignard as Chief Executive Officer of the Atlantic region. In his current role, Mr. Dignard will oversee Macnica 's business across North America, Europe, and South America, accelerating its component-to-solution strategy, strengthening cross-regional collaborations, and delivering long-term value to customers and partners in key vertical markets.

Mr. Dignard previously served as President of Macnica Americas, Inc. for two years, where he led growth and transformation in the semiconductor, imaging, networking, and advanced technology sectors.

Under his leadership, the company has transformed from a component-centric business to value-driven solutions, ecosystem partnerships, and customer-centric execution in key vertical markets. Mr. Dignard will continue to lead the North American business, bringing Macnica expertise, innovation and execution to the overall Atlantic region.

"The work we've built together over the past two years means a lot to me, and our evolution as a solution-driven organization, our momentum in key verticals, and the culture we've built will continue to be an important foundation for expanding our collaboration across the Atlantic region," said Dignard.

Dignard further added that his expanded role will enable him to further strengthen ties with solutions, employees and partners in Europe and South America, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing across regions.

"Many of the challenges and opportunities we face in our key vertical markets in North America are shared across the Atlantic region. Leveraging our domain expertise will help us accelerate our components-to-solutions strategy in a more unified and impactful way for both our customers and partners," he said.

Macnica Representative Director and Vice President Akinobu Miyoshi said: "Sebastian has successfully led organizations in a phase of growth and transformation throughout his career and his contributions to Macnica Americas over the past two years, building a robust team, a trusted partner ecosystem, and a differentiated solution strategy. As Macnica continues to invest in North America and the Atlantic region, his leadership, supported by headquarters and teams across Asia, will play a key role in expanding growth momentum across the Americas and Europe, aligning regional execution with global vision and long-term growth goals."
