Macnica (Head office: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Kazumasa Hara; hereinafter referred to as Macnica") announced today that it has entered into a distributorship agreement with Keeper Security APAC Co., Ltd. (Asia Pacific headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; SVP of APAC Sales and Japan Country Manager: Takanori Nishiyama; hereinafter referred to as "Keeper") and will begin offering the enterprise password management solution "Keeper" in Japan.

As digital transformation accelerates, companies today use a wide variety of internal systems, from on-premise environments to web services and SaaS. Many of these systems use ID and password authentication, and as the number of systems increases, the risk of unauthorized access and information leaks increases due to the use or reuse of weak passwords.
