Macnica Obtains AWS DSOR Certification and Establishes Sales Structure Through AWS Marketplace - Expanding Solution Deployment Beginning with CrowdStrike 's AI-native Falcon Platform -

Macnica (Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Kazumasa Hara; hereinafter Macnica) announced today that it has been granted the Designated Seller of Record (hereinafter DSOR) status by Amazon Web Services (hereinafter AWS). This will enable the company to provide optimal solutions to more customers through AWS Marketplace in cooperation with sales partner companies. Macnica will begin selling the AI-native CrowdStrike Falcon®︎ cybersecurity platform on AWS Marketplace, and will continue to roll out more solutions to customers in Japan as AWS DSOR.

AWS Marketplace is a curated digital catalog where companies can discover, explore, buy, and manage solutions offered by AWS Partners. Users can evaluate products faster, improve governance, and reduce costs by centralizing billing and management with AWS.
AWS DSOR is a program that allows independent software vendors (ISVs) to list their products on AWS Marketplace, create private offers with pricing and terms for specific customers, and sell their products on AWS Marketplace.
This program will enable "product provision from distributors on AWS via sales partners," which was not previously possible. Customers will be able to enjoy the benefits of procurement through AWS Marketplace while still receiving the same technical support and assistance as before.

Going forward, Macnica will promote the following initiatives as a Data Storage Organization:
• Improved convenience through strengthened collaboration with sales partner companies and expansion of sales network
• Expanded ISV lineup handled as DSOR
• Providing our own related services

As a DSR on AWS Marketplace, Macnica will work with its sales partner companies to support customers in procuring and implementing a wide range of solutions, including security, data, and AI, in an effort to provide even greater value.
