Macnica will hold Macnica Startup Night "Make Phantom Wasabi at a Container Cultivation Factory!~ NEXTAGE×Macnica" at TECH HUB YOKOHAMA on Monday, January 27th.
Event overview
"Mazuma wasabi" is a high-quality variety that is difficult to cultivate and is also known as the "phantom wasabi."
We will reveal the full story of the challenge taken on by NEXTAGE, a startup company that has teamed up with Macnica, which is providing technical support, to tackle the challenge of accelerated cultivation of wasabi by developing a small, automated plant factory called a "Wasabi Cultivation Module" that can be used to cultivate wasabi anywhere!
