Macnica to hold "Macnica Security Forum 2024", an online conference specializing in security, which is essential for business growth ~ 80 sessions on the latest trends such as generative AI and zero trust, as well as examples of corporate initiatives ~

Macnica (Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, Representative Director and President: Kazumasa Hara, hereinafter referred to as Macnica) is pleased to announce that it will hold the online conference "Macnica Security Forum 2024" (hereinafter referred to as "MSF2024"), which will be held on Monday, June 17, 2024 ~ Monday, July 15, 2024.

As cyber attacks become more diverse and sophisticated, companies are strengthening their security measures by introducing various security solutions, but these measures tend to be viewed as a cost. However, in a changing environment with the accelerated use of cloud services, the use of AI and digital transformation, and rapid technological innovation such as generative AI, security needs to be viewed not as a "cost" for defense, but as "an essential driving force for business growth," that is, as a business driver.

At MSF2024, we will answer questions from companies such as "What security measures does my company really need?" and "Does my ideal match my current operations?" by providing a wealth of hints on how to make security the driving force behind business growth, including trends such as the latest threat trends, corporate initiatives, and a wide range of solution sessions.

This year, the event will run for a longer period of about one month, and content will be provided in a format that is easy for people interested in security to watch. In addition, on Friday, June 21, we will hold the in-person "MNCTF2024," a Macnica version of the "CTF (Capture The Flag)" competition, which tests security and hacking skills, as a place to improve security skills.

We will be holding a Macnica version of the "CTF (Capture The Flag)" contest, which is a competition for security and hacking skills. We will be setting problems at a level that can be solved with the skills required for security operations at general companies and organizations.
