Macnica wins Grand Prize at Career Ownership Management Award 2024

Macnica (headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Kazumasa Hara; hereinafter referred to as Macnica) is pleased to announce that it has won the Grand Prize (Large Corporation Division) in the Management Transformation category * 2 of the Career Ownership Management AWARD 2024 * 1.

■Reasons for winning the award (Judges' comments)
The company has thoroughly created an organizational culture that encourages employees to take on challenges, along with the uniqueness of its measures, such as the all-participation process that leads to the establishment of Our Group's Purpose 's purpose, measures such as the "response cycle," and unique management that evaluates the processes and challenges of its members. The way in which this culture has naturally taken root was a source of empathy. In addition, the company was also praised for its continued efforts to send out CEO messages at least three times a month, and for conducting large-scale interviews with existing employees by new recruits that go beyond typical onboarding, creating opportunities for existing employees to think about their own careers.
