Macnica accelerates digital transformation of factories using DSF Cyclone, a manufacturing site digital transformation service ~Starts collaboration with Suzuyo Shoji, which has strengths in the FA engineering business~

Macnica, Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, President: Kazumasa Kazumasa Hara, hereinafter referred to as Macnica) is working with Suzuyo Shoji Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shizuoka City, Shizuoka Prefecture, President: Masahiko Ito, hereinafter referred to as Suzuyo Shoji) at the manufacturing site. We will begin collaboration to expand sales of DSF Cyclone, a DX service for customers.

Japan's manufacturing industry has long maintained high quality and production efficiency by proactively implementing improvements at the workplace. However, the industry's challenges have increased and become more complex in recent years, such as labor shortages due to a declining working population and rapid changes in the external environment. Under these circumstances, an increasing number of companies are trying to find ways to solve these problems by actively utilizing data technology.

Macnica develops and sells DSF Cyclone, a digital transformation service for manufacturing sites, based on many years of experience in supporting data utilization at manufacturing sites. DSF Cyclone has been implemented in a wide variety of manufacturing processes, and is a service that collects, accumulates, and analyzes data on equipment and workers at manufacturing sites. At manufacturing sites where it has been implemented, efficient manufacturing is achieved based on daily performance data.

In order to support even more manufacturing customers, Macnica has begun collaborating with Suzuyo Shoji, an FA engineering company based in the Tokai area, to expand sales of DSF Cyclone.
With the themes of "improving production efficiency" and "resolving labor shortages," Suzuyo Shoji provides "automation and labor-saving solutions" from FA control equipment sales to system engineering and various types of automation equipment. By combining Suzuyo Shoji, which is engaged in such initiatives, with Macnica 's DSF Cyclone service, which enables data collection, accumulation, and analysis at manufacturing sites, we will accelerate the realization of digital transformation at many manufacturing sites.

By collaborating with Macnica and Suzuyo Shoji, we aim to achieve faster success in digital utilization at more manufacturing sites.

DSF Cyclone will participate in the 6th [Nagoya] Smart Factory EXPO - Manufacturing Innovation Exhibition Using IoT/AI/FA - to be held at Port Messe Nagoya from October 25th (Wednesday) to 27th (Friday), 2023. A demonstration exhibition will be held at the Suzuyo Shoji booth (34-6, Exhibition Hall 3).
