Participating in the “Career Ownership and Working Future Consortium (3rd Phase)”

Macnica is a company that brings together companies and organizations from across industries that seek to create a new relationship between individuals and companies that turns career ownership into a force for business growth. We will participate in the Future Consortium Working with Ships (3rd term).
Based on the idea that ``individuals' independent career development leads to sustainable growth for companies,'' this consortium has developed ``practical methods for creating medium- to long-term growth for companies by utilizing career ownership talent.'' We will discuss, practice, and verify this, and make recommendations to participating companies and society on how to introduce and promote it.
