Received the "Excellence Award" at the 1st Career Ownership Management AWARD 2023

Macnica aims to improve and transform organizational activities to enable each employee to play a leading role, by promoting the spread and practice of "delegation of authority" through assessments and various training programs aimed at creating an organization that can grow and play an active role autonomously.
