Macnica (hereinafter referred to as Macnica, head office: 1-5-5 Shin-Yokohama, Kohoku-ku, Yokohama, CEO: Jun Ikeda), which provides solutions such as security measures, networks, DX, and AI, is President of Box Japan Co., Ltd. (headquarters). We received four awards at the "FY21 Box Japan Partner Awards" at the "Box Japan FY22 Channel Partner Kickoff Meeting" hosted by Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President: Katsunori Furuichi, hereinafter referred to as Box and Box Japan.
The "FY21 Box Japan Partner Award" refers to Box Japan's contribution to Box Japan's business in the past fiscal year (from February 2020 to January 2021) in new sales results and support for solving problems for contracted customers. This award recognizes partner companies that have achieved this goal.

Macnica received the following four awards.

The "Best Channel Partner ARR" award is given to the primary distributor that delivered the largest ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) to new customers. Macnica received the award in recognition of its track record of sales to new customers.

"Best Channel Partner TAV" is an award that recognizes the primary agency that provides the greatest Box value to contracted customers and contributes to Box Japan's business.
Macnica has been responsible for launching the Box business in Japan together with Box Japan since its founding in 2013, and has continued to acquire new contracts as well as renew a large number of contracts through high-quality customer success activities. This connection led to this award.

"Best Customer Support" is an award that recognizes the primary distributor that provides the highest quality support to its customers.
Macnica has won the award for the third consecutive year, demonstrating the highest performance, including a high self-resolution rate.

"Best Customer Success" refers to the highest quality customer success activities, such as "advice to customers on usage status," "Box service training," and "conducting user meetings," in order to establish Box service among customers. This award recognizes the primary agency that provided the service.
Macnica has not only analyzed customers' usage status and proposed appropriate usage support, but also promoted new initiatives such as disseminating usage information to customers through YouTube. In recognition of our proactive efforts to promote the use of Box, we have received this award for the sixth consecutive year since its inception.

Macnica will continue to work with its secondary distributors to actively support customers considering cloud-based content collaboration by providing Box solutions, thereby contributing to improving business efficiency and productivity at companies.
