Hankyu Hanshin Clean Service Co., Ltd. has been working on the use of cleaning robots since 2011 and has accumulated experience in operating robots.
"Neo" was highly evaluated for its easy mapping function and its ability to handle map corrections due to seasonal events and layout changes after full-scale operation without the need for on-site work.
In addition, map corrections after installation can be handled without any on-site work, and Hankyu Sanbangai created seven maps by dividing the same floor map into seven patterns without performing any on-site work.
