Introduction background

Since 2016, Haneda Airport has been conducting operation tests of cleaning robots in cooperation with cleaning companies and robot manufacturers. Recently, a total of 12 cleaning robots of 4 models were introduced at the domestic terminal, and this time, "Neo" was introduced at the international terminal.

Based on the following points, it was decided that it could be operated at the international terminal that operates 24 hours a day.
High safety: It had a high obstacle avoidance ability that allowed it to run safely even in an environment with passengers.
Non-stop cleaning: The set area can be cleaned accurately and autonomously, and even if there is a crowded area or a construction area that is limited to that day, cleaning can be completed without stopping.
Easy operation: It was a mapping method that could be easily operated even by the on-site staff.
