Introduction background
Currently, the rapid declining birthrate and aging population and labor shortage are progressing, and this problem is also a major issue in building management. Mitsui Fudosan Facilities is promoting improvements aimed at creating a comfortable working environment for its facility management staff in order to provide meticulous and high-quality services. As part of the improvement in cleaning work, which has a large human load in building management, we have introduced our automatic cleaning robot.

The following points were emphasized, and the selection was made through demonstration experiments.

Future use of robots
Mitsui Fudosan Facilities uses a scrubber-type cleaning robot (Neo), which was introduced for the first time this time, and a vacuum-type cleaning robot that has been used for some time, depending on the environment and characteristics of each, to save labor in cleaning facilities. We will continue to promote the use of robots and ICT with the aim of creating an even more "easy-to-work" environment.
