Introduction background

At Narita Airport, in order to welcome even more customers in preparation for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games, we will have robots handle some of the work so that the staff can focus more on tasks that require specialized skills. is being reconstructed. In this initiative, we have introduced the floor cleaning robot "Neo".

The front part depicts an airplane taking off, and the side design features tourist attractions and passport stamps to express the excitement of travel and the rich air network of Japan and the world that Narita Airport connects.

Future plans for using robots

At Narita Airport, we are currently working to automate operations and save labor by utilizing cutting-edge robots such as the Neo automatic cleaning robot. Please look forward to further success of robots using the airport as a field!
