Introduction background
In anticipation of the arrival of a labor shortage society, we started operating the automatic cleaning robot "Neo" at the Yokohama Landmark Tower Plaza, a symbolic tower of Yokohama that celebrated its 25th anniversary. It was adopted as a next-generation facility operation management model.
