Texas Instruments MSP432P4xx: What is the difference between the two DCO modes (Internal/External resistor mode)?
The accuracy of the internal oscillator DCO differs depending on the mode. In addition, when using the external resistor mode, it is possible to suppress variations due to temperature.
For actual accuracy, there is a comparison in the datasheet.
See the datasheet for details.
