1. Download the CodeLoader provided by TI for register programming from the link below.
http://www.ti.com/tool/CODELOADER

2. Start CodeLoader and select LMK03328 from "Select Device" → "Clock Conditioners".

3. Enter various setting values based on setting information simulated based on WEBENCH or design information considered on paper.

4. Just in case, select “Keyboard Controls” → “Load Device”.

5. VCO Calibration is required after register setting.
Go to the "Inputs/PLLs" tab,
Check RESETN_SW ON → OFF → ON. The above gives the output.

The frequency calculated for "OUTx" on the "Outputs" tab is calculated based on the "PRIREF" frequency on the "Inputs/PLLs" tab. Be sure to manually enter the correct PRIREF frequency.
