Texas Instruments LDC1312: Does the sensing result of the inductive sensor change when the ambient temperature changes? Do I need to do temperature compensation again?

sensor

The output of the LDC may change due to changes in coil characteristics due to temperature. If that change is a problem, one of the coils should be used as a reference coil for temperature compensation.
