Texas Instruments BQ2407x: The model number of the battery charging IC has a T and no T at the end. What is the difference?
The difference between with T and without T is the difference in the internal structure of the TS terminal.
Without T, the internal TS pin is a constant current source, and only a 10k NTC is connected externally. On the other hand, with T, in addition to 10k NTC, it has a structure in which a voltage divided by resistance is applied externally.
Please refer to the block diagram in the datasheet of each product. Other functions and electrical characteristics are the same.
