When the dimming FET is connected in parallel with the LED and the FET is turned on, the output voltage drops below Voft (the threshold voltage of the COFF pin).
In this case, Voft cannot be exceeded and the maximum off time occurs. The maximum off-time is prevented by charging Coff through Roff2 from a separate power source.
