UVLO is an abbreviation for Under Voltage Lock Out, and is a function that does not operate when the applied voltage of the power supply voltage (Vcci or Vcco) is lower than the threshold voltage specified in the datasheet.
Operation differs depending on which voltage, Vcci or Vcco, is lower.
