Texas Instruments TXB0104: What state does During power-up sequencing refer to in the datasheet?
Refers to the state in which the OE pin is pulled down and the specified voltage is not applied to VCCA/VCCB. The OE pin should be pulled down until VCCA/VCCB reaches the specified voltage.
