First, check out the latest AN220SW. The latest version is available from the Silicon Labs website.

When Silicon Labs updates its drivers, there is usually some time lag between the release of the latest driver on the web and the AN220SW being ready.
Therefore, AN220SW may not be ready yet depending on when the latest driver is available.
In such a case, please use the current AN220SW to generate the installer and inf, and use them together with the latest driver.

AN220SW automatically performs the work of generating only the installer and inf and using the distributed driver as is. AN220SW does not modify the driver itself. So, if you use AN220SW at that time to generate the installer and inf, and copy them to the latest driver folder, you will get the same result.
