Silicon Labs Bluetooth®: What is the BGM1xx?

EFx32

BGM1xx is a Bluetooth® module that supports Bluetooth Low Energy and uses Silicon Labs Blue Gecko (EFR32BG).

The main advantages of using modules are:

  • Minimize time and cost spent on hardware design and get your product to market faster.
  • Maximize wireless performance.
  • Minimal certification (Bluetooth® certification/national certification) as the final product is required, allowing the product to be quickly introduced to the market.

In addition to the above, Silicon Labs' BGM1xx family is particularly characterized by its high output level and space saving. In addition, since it is equipped with an ARM Cortex-M4F, one of its features is its high processing performance.
