Silicon Labs Bluetooth®: cmd_dfu_reset and cmd_system_reset commands do not reset BT121. Please tell me what to do
If you connect the RESET pin to an external device (Host CPU, FPGA, etc.), set the pin setting on the external device side to open drain.
When reset by cmd_dfu_reset or cmd_system_reset, BT121 resets by driving the reset line low. However, if the pin setting of the external device is push-pull, there is a phenomenon that it cannot be pulled low and reset is not applied. By setting the pin setting of the external device to open-drain, I think that the reset line can be pulled low and the reset will be applied.
