Silicon Labs CP210x: Simplicity Studio does not recognize the CP210x. What's causing this?
When rewriting the internal ROM of the CP210x from SimplicityStudio, first connect the CP210x to the PC, then Simplicity Studio will recognize the CP210x, so select it and then set up for rewriting. .
However, it may not be recognized from Simplicity Studio depending on the improper installation of Simplicity Studio, Simplicity Studio settings, and CP210x setting value changes.
The installation procedure for Simplicity Studio and the procedure for recognizing the CP210x are described in "Software Installation" of the Japanese quick start guide created by our company, so please refer to this and follow the correct procedure to install. Please do.
