Silicon Labs CP210x: Strange DTS pin behavior when COM is closed on CP2102N. Please tell me what to do

In CP2102N, there is a problem that DTS may not be reset when the handle is closed.
Although it is a problem on the CP2102N side, the problem has been absorbed with the latest VCP driver, so please use the driver of the following version.
- Windows 10 ⇒ Universal driver ver.10.1.3 or later
- Windows 7/8/8.1 ⇒ ver.6.7.6 or later
