Silicon Labs EFM8/C8051: How do I generate HEX files in Silicon Labs IDE?

EFM8/C8051

A tool (OH51.exe) that comes with the KEIL compiler can be used to convert the binary to HEX. OH51.exe is in the KEIL compiler's BIN folder (C:\Keil_v5\C51\BIN).
Building with the Silicon Labs IDE produces a file with no extension. Here is the binary file.
