EM4 has lower power consumption. The EFM32 during reset is in a wait state, and the consumption current is expected to be about 400uA.

The figure below shows the result of monitoring the current behavior using EnergyProfiler when executing the sample code "STK3700_emlcd" using the EFM32GG starter kit. Current consumption during reset was about 390uA by actual measurement. A starter kit makes such an evaluation easy.
