Silicon Labs EFM8/C8051: What is the output current when outputting the internal reference voltage (Voltage Reference) externally?

EFM8/C8051

Silicon Labs 8-bit microcontrollers can output the internal reference voltage (InternalReference Voltage) from the VREF pin depending on the device model number.
The output current is listed in the Load Regulation of the Voltage Reference specification table in the data sheet, and is 200uA for EFM8SB2 and 200uA for C8051F50x. Please check the data sheet for the device model number you are using.
