Silicon Labs EFM32: Does each device have a unique ID (serial number)? I want to use it in my user app

A 64-bit unique ID is written on the DI (Device Information) page, so I think you can use it here.
The figure below is an excerpt from the EFM32GG Reference Manual 5.6 Device Information (DI) Page, which corresponds to the two registers UNIQUE_0 and UNIQUE_1. UNIQUE_0 contains the manufacturing time stamp, and UNIQUE_1 contains the manufacturing location information.
