Its glitch rejection performance is specified in the data sheet by a parameter called tIOGLITCH.
The figure below is an excerpt from the EFM32GG990 datasheet, but the pulse width that can be removed by the glitch suppression filter is 10ns (Min) to 50ns (Max).
