Silicon Labs EFM32: What is the default setting for GPIO drive current?
The GPIO drive current is a choice between the current value (alt. drivestrength) specified for each port and STANDARD, but the default setting for alt. drive strength is STANDARD.
In other words, even if you choose MODEn=0b0100:Push-pull or MODEn=0b0101:Push-pull with alt. drive strength in the pin setting, the current setting will be STANDARD.
