Silicon Labs EFM32: Can the DAC sink or source current?
EFx32
The EFM32 has a built-in DAC (Digital to Analog Converter), but it is divided into a family with a built-in voltage output DAC (VDAC) and a family with a built-in current output DAC (IDAC).
- WG, GG, LG, TG, G: Voltage output DAC (VDAC)
- ZG, HG: Current output DAC (IDAC)
The IDAC built into ZG and HG supports both current sinking and sourcing.
