The EFM32 internal oscillator error is

Taking HFRCO of EFM32GG990 as an example, "VDD = 3.0V, temperature = 25°C environment" is specified in Table.3.12, and it is 13.7 to 14.3MHz for 14MHz setting.
Voltage and temperature characteristics at 14MHz are specified in Figure.3.11. The error of the built-in oscillator can be calculated by comparing it with the voltage range and temperature range to be used.
