Alternatively, you can check by checking the registry below.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/System/CurrentControlSet/Enum/USB/Vid_xxxx&Pid_yyyy/zzzz/DeviceParameters/PortName (xxxx is VID, yyyy is PID, zzzz is serial number)
