CP21xx

The VCP driver has a different driver name and storage location depending on the OS version.

For OS X 10.9, 10.10

sudo rm -rf/Library/Extensions/SiLabsUSBDriverYos.kext

For older versions (32bit)

sudo rm -rf/System/Library/Extensions/SiLabsUSBDriver.kext

For older versions (64bit)

sudo rm -rf/System/Library/Extensions/SiLabsUSBDriver.kext
