Silicon Labs EFM32: What are the wake-up conditions from EM1 (Sleep Mode)?

The trigger for returning from EM1 (Sleep Mode) to EM0 (Run Mode) is as follows.
The figure below is an excerpt from the WG reference manual "10.3.3 Leaving a Low Energy Mode". Differences from other families are as follows, but please check each reference manual just in case.
- GG/LG is the same as WG.
- G does not have LESENSE, EM4 wakeup on supported pins, Backup RTC. G's RTC and LETIMER cannot be used as return factors from EM3.
- TG does not have UART and Backup RTC.
- HG/ZG does not have UART, LESENSE, LETIMER, DAC, LCD, Backup RTC.
