Silicon Labs EFM32: What is the resistance value of the variable resistor (PWRCONF_PWRRES) in the backup power domain
EFx32
A series resistor is placed between the main power domain and the backup power domain, and its value can be changed with the PWRRES bit of the EMU_PWRCONF register.
