Silicon Labs: Can the SENSOR-PUCK run on external power?

Is possible.
Turn SW1 on the SENSOR-PUCK to the OFF side and supply power from TP1 (PWR). Also use TP2 (GND) if necessary.

The figure below is a circuit diagram of SENSOR-PUCK, but it is connected to VMCU from TP1 via SW1. Each chip of SENSOR-PUCK is powered by VMCU.
