Silicon Labs Si106x/8x: Does the flash memory have security features (prohibit access by third parties)?
It has security features. A Lock Byte is provided at the final address of the flash memory, and depending on the setting value, it is possible to determine which pages are permitted to be accessed and which pages are prohibited from being accessed. See datasheet 12.3 Security Options for details.
