Depends on operating frequency.
In the case of WG, GG, LG, TG, G, HG, and ZG, ~16MHz has 0 wait, ~32MHz has 1 wait, and ~48MHz has 2 wait. For PG and JG, ~26MHz is 0 wait. If you search for "zero wait" in the reference manual, you will find an explanation, so please refer to it.

Regarding PG and JG, the current (2016/4/14) reference manual states that up to 32MHz is 0 wait, but please note that this is a typo.
