Only CP21xxCustomizationUtility is provided as a customization tool for the internal ROM. We do not provide tools that perform automatic or one-button rewriting.
Before CP21xxCustomizationUtility was provided, we provided a tool called CP210xSetIDs and disclosed the source code for it. The parameters that can be changed with CP210xSetIDs are limited to some, such as VID and PID, but you can also create your own rewriting tool based on the source code.
